I Just Started Putting 2 Estradiol Patches (strength .075) On

I just started putting 2 estradiol patches (strength .075) on every 31/2 days. Before that I was putting 1 (.1) miniveil patch on every 31/2 days. Since switching from miniveil to estradiol I have been twitching and get a dizzy spell with a sort of shock feeling in my head. Is this a side effect and related to the patch ?
