I Just Started Smoking Cigarettes Again, A Pack Will Last

I just started smoking cigarettes again, a pack will last me three days, I also smoke cigars heavly @ one time. I am now experiencing of throat pain connected with a headache, excruciating neck and head pain. I have to take Excedrin Migraine before I go to bed, or I will wake up with this excruciating headache, I notice if I stand up and walk around the pain reduces a little. Please tell me what this is about?
