I Just Started Taking 10 Mg. Of Paxil At Night

I just started taking 10 mg. of Paxil at night and have been taking Ativan during the day, .5 mg 3xday. The Ativan seems to be causing more anxiety after I take it. I know it will take a while for the Paxil to work. So far it has caused a mild headache all day. How am I to manage these 2 drugs? Looking for relief from this misery that has been going on for weeks.
