I Just Started Taking 25mg Seroquel For Five Days To

I just started taking 25mg Seroquel for five days to help with sleep. I just noticed a large bruise on my hand just below my thumb. I don't have any recollection of banging it on anything. Can Seroquel cause a spontaneous bruise like the one I described?
