I Just Started Taking Belviq, Would Love To Lose About

I just started taking Belviq, would love to lose about 25 to 30 pounds, however, since I started which has only been 4 doses, I have developed a terrible cough, chills, back and body aches, muscle aches. I just had the flu a few weeks ago and it seems like those symptoms but I read that most of these symptoms could also be side effects from Belviq. Is it likely these symptoms will go away after continued use?
