I just started taking Letrozole, and am experiencing fatigue, stiffness in fingers and locking of fingers, slight nausea, muscle and bone aches. I was on Anastrosole for 2 1/2 years and at the suggestion of my oncologist, hot flashes may decrease. This is so . Do the side effects decrease when taking Letrosole?
