I Just Started To Get Hot Flashes In My Right

I just started to get hot flashes in my right leg, they have been daily on and off throughout the day for about 3 weeks now. I had a heart attack about 3 years ago and have been on medication, blood thiners, asprin and stent meds.
Should I be concerned or will they subside?
