I Just Started To Get Pain In My Right Kidney

I just started to get pain in my right kidney whenever i cough. I smoke marijuana for medical reasons so i always usually have a lil cough here and there plus my allergies. However i have severe lower back pain and i heard that that can cause some kidney pain especially if u stress a lot which i do. Any help would be appreciated
