I Just Started To Take Meloxicam Today. It Seems Like

I just started to take Meloxicam today. It seems like I have had some relief from pain almost immediately. Took two 7.5 mg today. I just wanted to check for side effects and any reason I should not be taking it. I've had osteoarthritis of back, neck, knees, hip, and now ankles for 5 or more years. This is my first experience with Meloxicam. WAs taking Celebrex, tylenol, and sometimes Advil. Is this better?
