I Just Started With A Very Deep Productive Cough Last

I just started with a very deep productive cough last night. It started with a tickle in my throat and as the evening wore on got progressively worse. Now I am extremely achy and coughing almost constantly. My throat is raw but no presence of blisters or puss. I feel as though I may have the start of a fever as well.
