I Just Survived Melanoma Skin Cancer. And Now I Have

I just survived melanoma skin cancer. And now I have a pain in the bottom of my left butt cheek. You can't see anything but I definitely feel pain. As if there's something in there, it feels hard but when I touch that area there's nothing to feel. Could this be a sis or what?
