I Just Took 2 Grams Of Tylenol At Once And

I just took 2 grams of tylenol at once and took around 1.5 grams this morning. I did not mean to because they were in an ibuprofen bottle given to me. I finally figured out they were extra strength tylenol. Anyway I have been taking them for 3 or so days now probably around 4 grams or so a day. I have had a little diarrhea but nothing else. Should I be worried. I made myself throw up and think I got some of the recent dose out.
