I Just Took A Dose Of Powdered Azithromycin To Treat

I just took a dose of powdered azithromycin to treat my chlamydia (Im also pregnant) and an hour after drinking the packet I threw up. (I have been sick the last two days so nothing is staying down much anyway). Anyway did my antibiotic absorb or should I call the doctor and get another pack. They gave me two but the pharmacist said take only one package.
