I Just Took An Ipill Yesterday Which Is A Contraceptive

I just took an ipill yesterday which is a contraceptive pill and just after 5 hours my hands started itching. Especially my left hand and it's more on the fingers. I cannot bend my thumb and my small pinkie finger i feel like it's sore and swollen but nothing can be seen from the outside. I am bearing it a lot and I am not itching fearing that it will worsen. Also my neck and shoulders pain. If I hold anything with my left fingers or if I give pressure on the fingers the itching increases. I am 19 years old and I don't want to go to a doctor and I don't want my parents to know. I had to take the pill due to breakage of condom and it wasn't our mistake. Please help me as I won't be able to go to a doctor. Please save me. Requesting to kindly suggest something that I can get from a chemist. Thanks a lot for your help.
