I Just Took Four Misoprostal., My Dr Told Me To

I just took four misoprostal., my Dr told me to put it in between my check and gum. Two on each side and let it dissolve by itself., no liquids with it. Which I did but when it was dissolved I started getting the taste and I felt very disgusted. I couldn't take the taste and I took a sip of cranberry juice and water. It's was not a lot but I had to take the taste out of my mouth or I would had vomit the whole medication. Will I have to retake the meds? Will it still work?
