I Just Tore My Penis Frenulum During Sex. It Was

I just tore my penis frenulum during sex. It was bleeding for probably and hour or two and now its stopped after soaking it in warm water with salt for 10 minutes. Then put neosporin on it. A long piece of the frenulum is still on haning and dont know what to do with it or how to heal it what to do at this point. Its not in pain. Only at first when i dipped it in the water but its okay. Any info would be great thanks
