I Just Tripped And Fell By Missing Two Steps. Thankfully

I just tripped and fell by missing two steps. Thankfully I fell on a bag of donation clothes but I heard heard it snap and saw I completely twisted it. That was a few hours ago. I have been following the R.I.C..E method and I'm the last three hours have only taken one Tylenol as I am 4 weeks 5 days pregnant. I went to use restroom and so much stinging pain as I hopped with my crutches to the bathroom. I have since wrapped my foot and put bengay on it. I am scared to get an x-ray due to me having mc back in May. What do I do please?
