I Just Turn 17 Years Old I Am 5'4 My

I just turn 17 years old i am 5'4 my weight is about 190 but i have stretch marks like crazy on my stomach, back of my knees my arms and also on the side of my boobs im not sure if im jist over weight or ive never been this big but my mom had 4 kids and my stretch marks are really bad, is there anyway to get rid of them ? Or do i just gotta lose my weight ??
