I Just Turned 21 Years Old And My Hands Are

I just turned 21 years old and my hands are small. Especially my fingers. They are very thin including my wrists. No one in my family has hands or wrists this small. Recently my blood yet showed me that my estrogen levels are a little high. I am not sure if my hands will grow anymore. It's really embarrassing because girls have bigger and thicker hands. Is it growth hormone deficiency? I just want solutions please help, it's really embarrassing.
