I Just Turned Fifty Years Old Last Year. I Am

I just turned Fifty years old last year. I am having terrible night sweats whereas I can't sleep. I have been experiencing neck and middle back pain and now I am having tingling in my fingers. And during the day I am burning up (its like I'm on fire and my forehead is sweating) I don't know if its my hormones because in 1997 my Thyroid was removed by radioactive iodine. I was placed on ;Synthroid at 200 mcg daily. But the numbness and tingling in my toes and fingers have me worried. The pain in the right side of my neck and the pain in the middle of my back is from what I do not know. I wondering if its neurological problem. I just feel like what is going on with my body
