I Just Two Hours Ago Went To Talk To A

I just two hours ago went to talk to a college girl whom i never had conversation with. but i stopped and my heart beat became fast and my whole body started to tremble too much. thats what happened some time. but my hands tremble almost all the time. i don't to whom i should go physiatrist or heart specialist? or its just a man with lack of confidence.
