I Just Used A Baking Soda And Warm Water Douche

I just used a baking soda and warm water douche recommended by my dr. Office because I am 5 weeks pregnant and can't take medicine for possible bv infection. Shortly after I felt pressure in my lower abdomen and it has been hours and I can still pressure. Could I be miscarrying now?
