I Just Used A Cotton Tipped Swab (2 Hours Ago)to

I just used a cotton tipped swab (2 Hours ago)to clean my ear. It aeemed plugged and my hearing was somewhat affected. I just used another cotton tipped scwab to clean my ear, relieve the mild pressusue and it had blood in the cotton tip twice when I removed it. Any suggestions? should I go to Urgent Care? Jim Black
