I Just Used The Toilet And Produced A Ball Of

I just used the toilet and produced a ball of long, white tissue-like strings in my stool. Last time I had a bowel movement a day ago, there was only a few strings. Today, there was a whole clump. I poked around with a stick and I didn't see any moving, so I am unsure if it is worms. What else would it be?
