I Just Wanna Know If I'm Pregnant Or Going Through

I just wanna know if I'm pregnant or going through a miscarriage. I was told I had fibriod tumors and last time I went to the doctor they were shrinking. They gave me birth control pills but lately I been doubling up because I been forgetting to take them, but my period is not supposed to be on until the 16th and this morning I start bleeding and cramping and started receiving blood clots. Lately I been urinating alot and been feelung tired and slow.
