I Just Went Poo And There Was A Stringy Piece

I just went poo and there was a stringy piece of mycuous or something that was bloody. Also when I wiped there was a big smear of blood on the paper, I am worried, I have also been having some lower back pain and front left abdominal discomfort but not pain
