I Just Went To My Doctors On Thursday October29 2015

I just went to my doctors on Thursday october29 2015 they did pap test on me.. And my cultures came in Monday showing negative for everything besides. Vaginal bacterial. The doctors prescribed me flaygl for it. My I do still smell like rubbin alcohol do u you have any reason why? Also I'm 4 months pregnant.
