I Just Woke Up From A Electrical Zapping Like Sensation,

I just woke up from a electrical zapping like sensation, but when it happened I had to litteraly force myself to open my eyes, I really thought I was being pulled away and thought I was dying. When I finally came out of it, my heart felt like it was on fire. I just started this electrical zapping yesterday, its only happened about 5 or 7 times since, in the morning and at night. Please help
