I Juts Started Experiencing Pain On The Outside Of My

I juts started experiencing pain on the outside of my right foot. It hurts when I move my foot, such as walking. The area in pain is slightly red but does not seem swollen. I have a history of gout and want to know if this is a related issue. My previous gout flare-ups have been in my big toe joint on the opposite foot.
