I Keep Coughing Hard, On And Off Stuffy Nose, Body

I keep coughing hard, on and off stuffy nose, body is sensitive, im cold but physically feel hot, throat hurts from coughing so hard, sometimes when I cough I don't see blood but can taste a tiny bit, headaches or dizziness when I get up to fast, its been occurring for 3 days
