I Keep Feeling Like Bugs Are Crawling All Over Me

I keep feeling like bugs are crawling all over me and itching. Then I notice red bumps after a day or so. I have seen 2 bed bugs in my home and killed them. However, I broke out with two red scaly bumps that look like ringworm. What could be going on?
