I Keep Getting Cramping And Spasms Like Caving In In

I keep getting cramping and spasms like caving in in my upper right side.
Sometimes when I have a bowl movement and I try to wipe myself my side cramps up and feels like its
caving in. sometimes it just happens when I move the wrong way .

Do I have Kroons Desease? Or Eliidus? I had my gall bladder taken out three years ago and it is in the same area.
