I Keep Getting Every Few Months Burning When I Urinate.

I keep getting every few months burning when I urinate. I can tell when it is starting due to the viginal area feeling tender and irritated. It usually last 5 days and leaves with no medication. It's not an STD been checked. No UtI or yeasts or bv. What can this be
