I Keep Getting Hard, Almost Fleshy Lumps Coming From The

I keep getting hard, almost fleshy lumps coming from the back of my throat. They're usually red or have fresh blood on them. I've had a sore throat since last night and my tonsils have been inflamed. Do I have a viral infection and should I go to the doctors about this?
