I Keep Getting Reoccurring UTIs They Put Me On Anabiotic’s

I keep getting reoccurring UTIs they put me on anabiotic’s and is soon as I get off of it they come back I’m going to see a urologist and a contagious disease doctor and again that works fine for month and then it’s back and it is definitely worse this time what could it be
