I Keep Getting Small Patches Of Itchy Red Spots. I

I keep getting small patches of itchy red spots. I thought it was poison ivy but after it went away a few months I am still experiencing itchy patches. The ones on the bottom of my wrist and ankles reoccur. Now there is a patch just below my knee. The itchy spots are a cluster of tiny red bumps.
Any idea what this could be?
