I Keep Getting What Feels Like An Electric Shock Inside

I keep getting what feels like an electric shock inside the body on the left side just under the rib cage but seems to travel from stomach area on the left up to the rib area. It is not extreemly painful but somewhat worisome. It is happening several times a day. It is usually m,ore prevelent when iam sitting for a while and then get up.
