I Keep Having Episodes Of Feeling Like I'm Dieing ,

I keep having episodes of feeling like I'm dieing , I feel like I have to keep moving or i will die. While I'm trying to stay moving I have feelings like I'm stopping breathing dizzy wobbly legs to where if I don't sit down I know I would fall as well as a slight annoying pain in my upper left arm. What could be going on?
