I Keep Having Strong Burning In The Middle Of My

I keep having strong burning in the middle of my stomach in the middle of the night. At the time it helps if I push down on my stomach. I've had reflux shoot up my throat and choke me in the middle of the night but not at the same time as the burning. It freaks me out so I sleep with my head higher. I had an UGI that was negative although I did not have faith in the extremely young person who performed it. It's been almost 6 months. My sister died of colon cancer at 48. My mom died at 77 from staff after Colon surgery. She had Lupus and Crohns. My dad died from esophageal cancer at 67. I'm a little worried. I'm 52. Last colonoscopy 6 years ago.
