I Kept My Nuva Ring In To Prevent Getting My

I kept my nuva ring in to prevent getting my period over spring break last week. I took it out Monday intending to get my period, then changed my mind and put a new one in. If I changed my mind again and took it out now could I still use the same ring in a week after I get my period?
