I Kicked A Rock This Morning. I Thought I Only

I kicked a rock this morning. I thought I only took off several layers of skin over the ankle bone. There was lots of bleeding. As the day has progressed, my foot has swollen, bruised and become numb and painful. I’m now wondering if I chipped the bone and if I need a doctor to look at it.
