I Kinda Breathed In Earlier While Eating Or Down Thing

I kinda breathed in earlier while eating or down thing and I think food went down the wrong pipe. I started coughing a lot and it hurt but once I got done coughing I finished eating. Except now I feel like there's still food in there. I cough off and on and it hurts and I can feel something. I keep trying to cough it up and nothing. I'm just worried at this point and in pain. I'm wondering if I did get food into my lungs.
