I Know I Have Arthritis.. But Last Monday My Hands

I know I have arthritis.. But last Monday my hands and feet felt numb and tingling it hurt badly I could not walk it felt like Charlie hourse all my leg and arms I could not pick up my cell phone it took two hands.. It has been a week and is starting to get better but walking still hurts and I get really tried easy even hard to breath. I went to the doctor they said it was the arthritis but to me something is not right
