I Know I Have Arthritis In My Neck. It Has

I know I have arthritis in my neck. It has caused me in the past to have pains in my upper back on the side below my shoulder. This afternoon, I am now feeling a pain on my right side at the top of my right neck below my skull at the bottom of the head. The pain is also going to my tricep on my right arm as well as have tingling in my right hand and fingers. Any ideas?
