I Know I Have Spinal Stenosis L 4-5 For Many

I know I have spinal stenosis L 4-5 for many years but recently my feet and up to my knees are numb and walking is painful. Sometimes when I lay on the floor this numbness goes away, but returns too quickly. I am seventy years old, healthy, play golf and the pain seems to disappear on the golf course.
I am not currently seeing a neurologist, I have not seen my pain specialist in 3 years and I've not had epidural injections since three years ago.
