I Know My Penis Size Is Really Too Small And

I know my penis size is really too small and I have to get it circumcised.
I have been to my doctor many times lying that there's an irritation at the edge of the penis and so. I did all that because, once if he notices my small penis he would suggest me to circumcised my penis. But unfortunately he failed.
Is there any good indication that I can lie to my doctor to get my penis circumcised ??
