I Know Someone Who Does Not Trust His Girlfriend And

I know someone who does not trust his girlfriend and constantly accuses her of having sex with other men. He makes her wear a voice recorder to work and he tracks her on his phone so he knows where she is at all times. He also constantly thinks someone is out to get him. Would you consider this PPD or Paranoid Schizophrenia?
