I Know That I Have Some Osteoarthritis And At One

I know that I have some osteoarthritis and at one time was told I had fibromyalgia but the last few months have had increased pain in all joints and muscles. lots of pain in hips and knees. I wake up frequently at nigh and turn because pain is so uncomfortable. since these symptoms continue to worsen could it be something other than previous diagnosis?
