I Know This Sounds Crazy , But I Was Told

I know this sounds crazy , but I was told some really bad news that someone did to hurt me and I got so upset that I had the most painful pain in the center of my torso ! It has gotten better and the people that wronged me made up for it too , but I can still feel that little pain in there .... What in the heck could that be ! I am a white male 54
