I Knw I Haven't Been Drinking Enough Water For The

I knw I haven't been drinking enough water for the past few days, This morning I have a low grade fever, mild body achs and dull pain in my lower abdomen. Could this be a UTI? I have been dringking lots of water today, but I dont feel any better. Also very tired
